Trying to conceive can be one of the most hopeful and heartbreaking seasons of a woman’s life. Appointments, blood tests, medical procedures, waiting, uncertainty, and the emotional weight of “what if” can leave you feeling disconnected from your own body, feeling alone and hopeless.
My role isn’t to promise an outcome. I am here to walk beside you. With fertility focused reflexology, education on cycles and sexual health, and holistic support, I hope to create a space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and feel supported throughout your fertility journey.
Hello, I’m Veronica
Welcome, I am the founder of Be Well Today.
I’m a qualified Reflexologist with a special interest in fertility and women’s health, a certified Sexual Health Educator, and a internationally qualified Love, Sex and Relationship Coach who believes healing happens when women feel safe, heard, and connected.
For many women, fertility becomes about appointments and procedures. My hope is to be the person I wish I had when I was going through my own fertility journey.
My approach looks beyond symptoms alone and recognises that emotional wellbeing, stress, relationships, sex life, connection, and nervous system regulation all play an important role in overall health.
Whether you’re trying to conceive naturally, preparing for assisted fertility treatment, living with loss, or simply looking for compassionate support, you are welcome here.
